    Velmi milá paní na recepci. Empatická, vstricná, komunikativni. Pracuji s lidma a tento přístup je velmi prozákaznický, milý, velmi přijemný. Ptá se, zajímá se. Velmi chválím. Paní dejte odměnu navíc.
