The mountain resort of Strážné lies right in the heart of the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), 6 km from Vrchlabí (towards Špindlerův Mlýn), at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. For the entertainment of the youngest visitors, a lovely playground featuring climbing frames, a slide, swings, and other attractions is available in the village center. Nearby, there is a smooth asphalt area suitable for scootering and inline skating. A variety of restaurants and refreshment stands are ready to cool you down on hot summer days.
