The apartment house is located in a picturesque and quiet part of the Kamenice settlement near the nearby Kamenice Bay of the Orlické reservoir. Approximately 220m from the property there is a natural sandy beach (suitable for children). The location offers fishing, water sports, mushroom picking, hiking, cycling. Nearby in Podskalí there is a rental of water pedal boats, canoes, motor boats. Nearby near Voltýřov there are tennis courts and beach volleyball (approx. 800 m from the apartment house). The location is also suitable for mushroom picking enthusiasts, approximately 120 m from the property there is a deep forest that extends to the shores of the lake.
