The region offers trips to the surrounding area: Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle (the cruise ship dock is located in Podskali), the nearby Celtic hillfort Žíkovec (beautiful view of Orlické Lake), the Celtic hillfort Nevězice, Celtic mounds in the nearby forest, romantic trips to forest canyon-like gorges (Žebrákovský stream, Hrachovka stream, Mlýnský stream, etc.), gold-bearing streams in the area (gold panning), the old gold mine near Voltýřov (Na Haldách), the Milada lookout tower, the Onen Svět lookout tower, the Mining Museum and open-air museum - Příbram, the ruins of Vrškamýk castle, the pilgrimage site Svatá hora - Příbram and many other interesting places.
